Villians and Angels is my new single. It's a slow building track that starts with piano and vocals. The other instruments are slowly introduced as the song progresses and gets bigger and louder.
The first half of the song is driven by a high octave syncopated bass line and a minimalistic drum beat. The vocals are sung low, with an almost Bowieish feel to them. At about the two and half minute mark, the first full chorus appears and the vocals change to a higher octave and a more desperate tone.
